Fire Safety Freebie

Hi friends, well the beginning of the year got the best of me and I have been SUPER busy.  Just wanted to pop in to share a little freebie I put together for Fire Safety month!  I hope you can use it, you can click on any of the pictures below to download.  Hope your year is off to a great start!

Speech Sound Brochures

I am so excited about these.  I often hand out my Speech Sound Handouts to take home for practice but then I find that I need a little bit of a reinforcer a few weeks later.  So, these will be perfect.  They are filled with tons of information for parents and practice for kiddos! Check them out!

I have been crazy busy working on back to school things in my store!  If you haven't been in a while head over and check it out, there are a ton of updates to older files as well!

More Updates

I can officially say ALL my math centers, games and activities are updated!  Be sure to re-download if you own any of these packets! : )

Farm Animals Play Dough Mat

It's been all toddler all the time at our house this summer.  So, we've been playing a lot of toys, games, apps and just fun!  One app that Camden LOVES is Peekaboo Barn.  I also used it with my speech kids almost everyday.  I made a play dough mat to make it a little more interactive that I've used for quite a while but decided it was time to finally post about it!  We cover up each animal with play dough as we play.  You can play along with the app or use the mat just by itself. I also uploaded it so you could download it for FREE!!  You can click on any of the pictures to download the file.

*Please let me know if you have any trouble downloading the file using the dropbox link.  Sometimes it likes to be a little tricky. : )

Lots of Updates!

One or my goals this summer is to update all my math and ELA center packs.  I have been working on them for a little over the last month and many have been updated already.  Some now also include multiple new pages and answer keys.  If you own any of these packs be sure to go and re-download to get the new packet at no extra charge!
I plan on sharing more of what's new in each packet closer to when school begins again!

Bubble Gift Tags

I'm back again today with another fun end of the year gift!  When I found a 6 pack of huge bubble wands at Wal-Mart for only $3.88 I knew they would be perfect for the end of the year!  Plus, they were already packaged in rainbow order!  I made a cute tag to go with them and we're ready to go for the end of the year.  Here are some pictures!

You can download the tags for FREE by clicking on any of the pictures in this post!  Happy end of the year!

Tickled Pink Tags

It's the time of year for gifts!  This gift idea was made for Camden's sweet sitter.  It's a "pitcher of pink"!

In my pitcher I included nail polish, pink chapstick, pink gum, pink ice cream scoop, pink spatula, packets of pink lemonade, pink measuring spoon and a pink emory board. You can include anything that is pink!  Want to make your own?  You can download the gift tags for FREE by clicking on the picture below!

Roll & Remove {A No-Prep Articulation Buddy Game}

I am so jealous of all of you who are celebrating the last day of school today!  We still have a week and a half left.  So, that means I am trying to find new ways to keep therapy fun when some of my kiddos would rather be on summer break.  I put together a new game this week called Roll & Remove to practice our articulation skills. It was a hit, I got tons of practice with our sounds.  I rotated between groups to take data and give cues when needed.  Here are some pictures!

You can click on the picture below to check it out on TPT! Here's to a fun-filled last few days of school!

DIY Pretend Stovetop

Pretend play is one of the biggest foundational skills we work on with kiddos who are language delayed.  So, when I was browsing on Pinterest this weekend and saw this and this I knew I had to make one! I don't have a circuit or any way to cut vinyl so I made it using full page labels and cutting by hand.  You could also use sticker paper.  I got most of the supplies from Wal-Mart (bin and some pretend food), Target (pretend food) or Toys R Us (pot and pan set). I used a 38 QT. Sterelite bin.  I printed the burners, knobs and temperature stickers on full page label paper I found at Office Depot.  I love that it keeps it all super organized and that it's small enough to move in and out. Here are a few pictures of the finished product.  Can't wait to start playing!

#MaySLPMustHave

If you're new to the SLP world or digital speech resource gathering, every month a huge group of SLPs have a "must have" sale on TPT with one of their favorite items 50% off!  The sale for May is happening today!  My "must have" this month is my new Interactive Vocabulary Notebook.  I created this to work on word relationships with my older kids (3rd-5th grade) who were having a hard time understanding synonyms, antonyms, homophones and homographs.  It is packed with activities and it has been a huge success with my 4th grade language group.  They love their notebooks and can't wait to see what we're going to put in them every week! Here are a few pictures of some of the pages.
This is the cover, there is a version with a girl and one with a boy.

It has visual word lists for synonyms, antonyms, homophones, and homographs.

Larger posters to help with reinforcing understanding or to use as a reference.

Pockets to keep examples of all four word relationships.

Don't forget it's 50% off (today only!)
